Hónapok óta intenzíven dolgozom egy cikken, amiben sok mindent, amin korábban dolgoztam össze kell foglalnom. Benne a közszolgáltatások fogalmát. Mára ez nem jelent se többet, se kevesebbet, mint azt, amit a közszolgáltatások szervezője benne lát. Mi sem világosabb bizonyítéka ennek, mint a MALÉV megmentése és a RÁBA felvásárlása közti szörnyű döntés helyzete. A MALÉV, a nemzeti légitársaság egy lukas fazék, ha mindazt kiveszik belőle, amit a ma regnálók és elődeik kivettek. De nemzeti kincs, KÖZÉRDEK, ha hídnak tekintjük az itthon és a külföld között, a gazdaság motorja és tengelye, a veszteségei az ország más ágazatainak nyeresége. A RÁBA egy iparvállalat, egy tőzsdei társaság, aminek haszna ki tudja hol csapódik le. Nem több egy termelő cégnél, amely kormányzati megbízásai sok pénzt jelenthetnek bizonyos érdekcsoportok számára.

I am working for month on a paper summarizing my previous thoughts. This includes the definition of public services. By now it does not mean anything else than those who control public services mean by it. Do you need more brilliant prove for it than the decision to save MALÉV, the Hungarian national airways or to buy actions of RÁBA a traditional but nothing special industrial firm. No governments were able to balance MALÉV’s equities for two decades but these government with their other (big) hand take out their part from it. But MALÉV is a real national treasury, it’s being is PUBLIC INTEREST, when to know better if not when is not anymore. MALÉV is a bridge between home and abroad, it is the motor and axe of the economy. Its loses mean gain for other branches of the economy. RÁBA is not more than factories producing parts and final industrial products, buses and machines. It is a shareholding company which actions, profits are in hands of anyone, Hungarian or not who buy it. It is a company of industrial processing with important government contracts which can be important funding for determinate interest groups. This money flow should be controlled by PUBLIC INTEREST.
